Blurry cut off videos
Jan 20. The updates have made the app worse! Pictures and video are blurry. Alerts with no motion, but cuts off real motion. Fix your app! The talk button came, left came and is gone once again. We can’t answer the door or speak with anyone we see if we don’t have this option! Also deleting history in live view or history or any other way will not select all and keep them selected for delete unless you are using both hands to hold them to the right and scroll to the bottom to delete. This has been an issue for months! Ring support gets annoyed and tells us to delete the app and reinstall. I’ve done this at least three times! This should not be the way to resolve the issues. Connectivity and camera clarity was better in the beginning. Please fix this! IOS 13.2. Apple

Hate the latest update
Why change what is not broken. You have to scroll backwards to find recordings now. What was wrong with the horizontal list? When you scroll back to a time it doesn’t even go to the beginning. It starts playing closer to the end. Take it back to the way it was!!! Hooked it up to Alexa also, now EVERY Alexa in my house makes noise when there is motion. I had to put do it disturb in 3 rooms to avoid that and that means you can no longer call the ones on dnd. Wasn’t fun being woke up by the wind moving a tree branch.

Update 5.22.2 - Same BS as previous update
It’s obvious that you all are not reading your customer feedback... you put out another Ring update with the “timeline view “ as the standard view with no option to turn off.. As a result the app is still crappy with too many steps /clicks to do simple things... like view what cause the camera to activate in the moment vs 5-10 minutes after the fact... really hard to talk to someone after they’ve walked away... Well at least Ring started out as great product...
