Tidal is like listening to music I have loved for years for the first time. I had forgotten how much better CD quality was than regular streaming after 25 years of listening to internet radio. I will never go back to Spotify even when they supposedly upgrade their streams (which will still not match Tidal, BTW). And don’t believe the FUD that Tidal doesn’t have all the tracks. Simply not true. I listen to some pretty obscure stuff and there is not one title I have in a playlist that Tidal did not have. There are services that transfer all your playlists easily so migrating is almost painless. You might find one or two titles that don’t transfer right away, but don’t panic. They will show up as grayed out, so you will know they didn’t transfer, but—again—don’t panic or give up. Just use Tidal’s search and you will find them. Probably just an error in the service I chose but of hundreds of tracks there were only two tracks to which that happened.

Terrible Customer Service
I don’t know what it is about companies these days NOT wanting to hear direct from the customer. Tidal has NO customer service line so if you have an issue, you have to submit an email and wait for someone to get back to you. The problem I had was my account being frozen erroneously and paying to get it restored. So my regular payment came out on the 4th, and I had to pay again on the 23rd to get it reinstated. When I pointed this out, the rep said it was because I missed a payment in December. I sent them a screenshot of that payment coming out on time and then they said it was a different error. Either way, they refused to reimburse me one of my two February payments after giving me the runaround. This company is cheap and petty. There are other music streaming services to use that won’t screw you over and have a 1-800 number to contact them.

Love love love!!
I had to check this out myself!!! I'm super in Love with this!! I like the fact that it gives You a 30 day free trial and the fact that they Have a 12.99 plan as well. It introduced me To a lot of artist I never even heard of. But I seriously love music of all kinds and I Think they should push the fact that THEY HAVE A FREE 30 day trial because so many People are complaining and they never even Looked into it!!! 5 stars from me and big ups To Jay
