Treat you customers better
Customer service is terrible, in compassionate and made me feel unappreciated after 15 years of commitment to sprint. Seemed like what mattered most was making sales and new customers. I never spoke to the departments I wanted to discuss my concerns and complaints with. Instead they transferred me to departments specialized in calming upset customers and lying to them to keep their business. I will never talk highly of sprint again now I’ve experienced their true nature. Maybe one day they will try to make things better with me, but I don’t plan to see any effort

Every time I try to log in, it always says I don’t have an internet connection, when of course I do! I can never get logged in. It is such an inconvenience!! It’s been months of trying and it seems like it’s always broken. I even tried installing and reinstalling the app.

DONT USE SPRINT
This app is terrible when I payed my bill on this app it said it worked before my bill end last week but when my bill end next week it said I didn’t payed my bill when I already did. This is the worst app and service ever. I’m switching to boost or T-Mobile
