Easy & it works
I’m 40 with young kids, and need a workout that keeps me in shape with as little time as possible. This fits the bill - no learning crazy machines, no real complexity, and it takes ~45 minutes 3x/week. Even with my age and insanely busy schedule, it works well, and it delivers results I can see in my legs, arms, etc. I wish I’d learned about this workout system back in high school.

Best app for weightlifting. It's been 2 months and I've seen great results. Support for the app is amazing too. Quick responses. I would give more stars if I could. Update: recently the app has been cancelling my workouts on my watch when I start them. I start the workout on my watch, then start the 5x5 workout, and it stops my Apple Watch one. Is there a fix for that?

App could have made it
Look the UI is great. But it is limited on its flexibility and the types of free weight workouts are limited to only what it has on file. I bought the pro version to see what it really could do, but I was disappointed when it wasn’t what I wanted. If I could do a 7-Day trial, I would have given it minimum 4-stars. But I feel cheated out $20 from something I won’t use.
