    I have lifted for years with no real guidance. After an injury left me sidelined for 6 months, I decided to give this a try from the beginning. I mean low weights. Over the last few months I have never plateaued. Took a while to get to the weights I’m used to but my body has appreciated it. Stop killing yourself at the gym. Follow this program and enjoy the extra free time and results.

    Great routine

    The routine is very simple and easy to follow. The main fix I would add is the option of adjusting the bar weight. Some people are probably using a Smith Press (like myself) in which the empty bar weight varies. The one I use at Planet Fitness is 15lbs instead of 45lbs. It would be really nice to change that weight to accurate log my workouts and the plate calculator!

    The perfect app for gaining muscle and lifting heavy

    This app and the accompanying website make the perfect combination and all I needed to lift heavy easily! I was squatting 90lbs in August and in November I’m squatting 225! This is a great routine and the app makes it super easy to see your progress and complete every workout. I can’t wait for the Apple watch app!
