Can’t figure out how to get back in
Basically I had gotten the app today, and I had created an account for my Ace 2. Everything was fine until I noticed that I had accidentally created 3 accounts for myself in the family section. I was using one of those accounts and I probably created the other ones somehow when it said the username has already been taken. So then I got my mom to remove the 2 other accounts from the family section, and she logged out to refresh. I couldn’t find the log out button, and then I undownloaded the app and redownloaded it. For some reason, it kept saying your email or password is wrong and I think there might be an issue with the email my account is on because the change your password emails don’t send to me. I’m very frustrated and I can’t find help. For now I’m going to undownload the app until I figure out or get a solution.

Updated App HR Graph Axis Scale is Odd
After the most recent update, I noticed the scale of the heart rate graph is very odd and not accurate. There are instances where the low end of the scale is 56 and the high end is 114. I can see a documented heart rate of 57 on the graph, yet the data point is marked near the 65 marker on the scale, so it looks very odd. Not sure if you are using some type of logarithmic scale or something, but much prefer the old accurate heart rate axis scale.

I am very displeased with the new update. I chose Fitbit over all of the other tracking apps because it was colorful and each section was presented clearly whereas the update has made everything dull and crammed together. I am sad to say that I deleted my account and am not sure if I will ever return. I hope there will be a way to switch back to the old settings soon.
