    It used to be great

    Recent updates have made the app unusable. They should have someone who actually works out make the decisions on “improvements”. The change to make the rest timer opaque obscures your ability to what exercise and weights are next so you can set up your next exercise during rest period. For some unknown reason they put a wait timer on before your workout that you can’t turn off. I have no idea who would ever want that. Maybe one of those people who go to the gym to talk and sit on the equipment texting instead of working out. The running tracker was never good (doesn’t understand that lots of people run in the real world instead of treadmill). I want it track distance and length of time of my run, not count down. Now it still doesn’t do any of that and it doesn’t successfully log either.

    Good for tracking exercise weights

    I’ve had it a week. I use it to track a 3 day dumbbell routine. Pros: It does what it says it does. It keeps track of the reps and weight per set and guides you through the routine. You can customize/create your own routine by picking individual exercises. It uploads progress to the cloud. All free. Cons: The only pay option is a subscription. I don’t mind paying for apps to support developers but everyone wants a subscription. It would be nice to have a one time payment to have ads removed. Requests: Can you show the weight and rep count on the cooldown timer?

    Watch app has issues

    App is great on the phone. But when I use my watch I’ve run into two issues. When I am done with a set, the “next” button doesn’t register my input. I have to go on to my phone to complete the set and move on to the next one and so forth. Not sure if it is my watch or just something wrong with the app. Also the watch does not count calories burned during lifting weights unlike other apps. Might be able to get around it if I use the built in Workout app on the watch at the same time but I have not tried it out yet.
