I traded in 2-7S phones in mint condition and 1-7IPhone that was damaged. 2 of the phones were returned in the same box. Verizon mysteriously cannot find the 7S IPhone mailed in the box with the 7. Consequently I am not getting the 200 rebate for the 7S. This package was mailed 10/19 at 1:49pm. I have spoken to 4 different customer service reps and the problem was never rectified and I was never given any follow up emails. I’m talking with a CS manager today I was told to call UPS and file a claim. Damaged products and lost or stolen goods. Again Verizon will not take responsibility for the mishandling of the item or situation. They are passing the buck to the carrier UPS. Regretting not switching to Comcast or T-Mobile both of which are more reliable carriers. Sincerely, Deborah L Gioffre

This is a good idea poorly executed. Glitches everywhere. Won’t let me log in- even though I am already logged in... Asks for me to go to customer support by name after blocking me. Then the real mess begins. After 15 minutes on hold I may one day actually reach a human in tech support. This is sad. Verizon used to be great.

Verizon is doing an Excellent job
The Verizon App is very helpful. It provides all the information one needs about the plan. It also assessed the phone 📱 and gives suggestions for better battery use .I am able to check my bill and changes to my plan. When there is a problem with the connection it helps to identify the problem !!!!
