My personal review
I have to say overall my service is always great with at&t and never have any serious disappointments or complaints but one thing I will like to comment on is that the loading and refreshing and updating time with phone calls and text messaging show on the call logs and text logs is extremely long if a wait and in accurate I feel at times with many bugs as far as internet connection and updating if you could kindly help me with that issue and many be working on seeing those text and calls faster and update more accurately with times and without bugs

This app stinks!!!! EVERY time I go to pay my bill it won’t load. Internet service problem? Ok, I’ll buy that one time. Two times even. But every time? Not buying it. It also does this from multiple locations and wi-fi services. I pay enough money for a phone to at least be able TO PAY YOU! Ridiculous.

Not available when needed
Well after being pushed repeatedly by ATT reps to use the app to troubleshoot - I tried and got error message that app is unavailable. Stellar performance it’s not.
