Disappointed in company
Very disappointed with this company. I started the company with a referral about how you get NFL package for free when you first sign up. My family member signed up 4 days before me and got it. They did not offer or was able to explain why I didn’t get it. This is why I was encouraged by other people not to receive their services is because they don’t follow thru and keep raising the prices.

Can’t cancel service
Not online or through the app. Called two different numbers and tried to cancel. The auto attendant transferred me to a busy signal 3 times. Tried the chat and the artificial stupidity would not let me speak with a person. Finally called sales to get a human. ATT - do you wonder why I switched to Spectrum? A person answers their support number.

Worst app ever
Do you like standing in line at the BMV? Enjoyable compare to using the ATT apps and websites. They are circular and links do not take you to the intended destination. Negative star ratings aren’t available so one star it is.
