Reference board app for iPhone

I have totally been looking for something like this!!! I’ve played with it just a short time so far, and it’s been really easy and intuitive to navigate. I definitely think it’s going to be a keeper for me, and I’m very much looking forward to using the iPad version when it releases and to being able to use it in split view. I know the app is young, and for all I know, something like this may already be in the works for future updates, but I would love to have some way to back up and share my boards between my devices, even if it were just being able to airdrop/email a board from my phone to the iPad or vice versa, although I wouldn’t mind icloud sync an option either. Seriously though, this is already way smoother and more effective than so many of the other options I’ve explored to date, and I’m excited to use it in my drawing process. Thanks for all the work that I’m sure went into making this!

Honestly was just what I was looking
Went on the App Store looking for pureref app wasn’t on here but found this app instead exact same thing and it works beautifully. Now there are a few things with the app I personally love the 1 time purchase get done. Next when you open the app it’s a simple straightforward interface and when you make a project again simple and straightforward don’t have to relearn just start working. Sadly I did notice that when importing images it does downscale the resolution a little, but it is nice that when the image is on the board you can enlarge as much as you want and it stays the same resolution it was imported as. UI is clean minimal, one thing I would like see is that the images can be flipped but not rotated which is a little inconvenient at times. Over all the app itself is stable haven’t had any glitchy or twitchy movements or random shutdowns. Overall highly recommend and I look forward to helps.

Great app with lots of potential
I’ve started using this app and it’s perfect for the artist on the go. I’m pretty sure it’s made by the same group that created PureRef, but I could be wrong on that. The app has a great feature that allows you to organize different categories of images. And within each of these has tools that are pretty intuitive. It handles images and gifs very well. And gifs play continuously in the app. My only complaint is that the copy link option doesn’t work for other apps on my phone. Pinterest and instagram as examples, or at least I don’t think it does. However, the copy link option brings in high res quality images from Google images, so I can’t complain to much. The app is still in early development and I’m hoping that this could be implemented in the future. For about $2 the app is well worth the price.
