Accurate and detailed
This is as accurate as anything short of a cap that measures your brainwaves. It takes into account your heart rate changes, heart rate variability in addition to restlessness and middle of the night awakenings. I used to put my Apple Watch on charge overnight, but that only measures time in bed in which anything could be going on. Wearing the watch keeps track of when you are asleep and when you are not. If I nap in front of the TV I get some sleep time credit for that also!

It’s helped more than I thought it would
First, it’s a solid app. Doesn’t crash. The interface is a little unusual, but showing a lot of data simultaneously is hard. Edward Tufte would be proud, I think. My wife insisted I get it to try and track my sleep problems and surprisingly, tracking has led to an improvement. Maybe I’m just more mindful of issues affecting my sleep, but my sleep numbers have improved around 50%. Very glad I bought it.

Usually matches how I feel when I wake up
Switched four weeks ago from Fitbit to Apple Watch and got this app. It matches how I feel each morning much better than the Fitbit app did. The Fitbit app was hard to please and was always underestimating my sleep. I’d feel great but the Fitbit app would say my sleep was horrible. AutoSleep is much more accurate.
