Not worth on download the app.
I’ve been Ubering for about a year with a rate of 4.92 and every problem I have is in these reviews that everyone is posting and our pay is going down.. I honestly think we should stop downloading this app and stop working for them just because they think they can take our money like that... we our using our nice cars to get people around and clean up or customers mess and so much more but if they can’t treat there customers better and there employees than there should be no point in giving them more business

Better than ever
I’ve used this app on and off for like 3 years. It has been improved now it is stable. The sounds play as they should most of the time. Nothing is perfect in that regard with any app’s notifications sometimes you just can’t hear them if your using another app. Anyway, now it shows you the total miles needed for the trip. It includes the estimated tip amount for the journey included in the ping request.

Need a lot of work
On many occasions I have to delete the App and install it again, because I do not receive trips. It says that I am online but in reality I am not and I can be hours and I do not receive anything. You call customer service (when they answer, if they answer) and what they tell you doesn't really solve anything. They should definitely be more efficient in service.
