    Fan of the program, app is not user friendly

    I’ve used bbg for years, but always using the pdf. I love the program itself and I finally bought the app hoping it would make my workout smoother and more efficient. Not the case. The app is not user friendly at all (for reference I am a 28yo female attorney - ie. not tech impaired). I find it to be incredibly frustrating to use and the interface is cluttered making navigation messy and inefficient. Also please stop asking me if I want to share at the end of every workout. I don’t and won’t ever. Provide the option to stop getting this notification.

    Love this app!

    This is seriously one of my favorite apps and it keeps getting better. There are so many different programs to choose from that best suits your needs and wants and the option to switch up your workouts without having to change the whole program is amazing! I do wish it had specific HIIT workouts rather than just suggesting the treadmill or another form of cardio. And a whole nutrition section where you can search for meals and recipes rather than just getting the suggestions would be amazing too.

    This is such a foolproof way to get fit! It would be awesome if you could put the amount of the weight you are doing in each set so you can track it

SWEAT is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on monthly or yearly basis. Customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free 7-day trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
