Worst At Home Workout App
First of all, know that you need to buy dumbbells, a recovery band AND a resistance band for this. I spent hours looking for the bands on Amazon — it took so long to find both! Are recovery bands even a THING? But that’s fine. I didn’t mind that too much, if it’ll help then I’m all for it. The thing I hate most about this app is how poorly it’s designed. It’s not user friendly at all, especially for a beginner. When you open the app, you have a hodgepodge of workouts — some are under “My Workout” but you have no idea what you actually have to do for THAT day because there’s so many! If you start on any day except Monday, it’s up to you to move around the workouts to fit the schedule. Looking further down, there’s cardio, recovery, rehabilitation, etc.... it’s honestly so confusing! Which one do you do? What do they even mean??? When you finally come around to finding your calendar, it finally tells you what you need to do. SWEAT management - I don’t care about all these workouts, I just care about what I need to do for THAT day! What is the purpose of adding 15-20 random exercises to the main page instead of telling us what the plan is for the day? Also, when I first started, the plans were incredibly poorly lain out as well - I ended up accidentally purchasing a year long program when I only wanted a 4 month. When I tried to change it, the app double charged me by adding the 4 month plan on top of the year long plan. I had to haggle with customer service and luckily got the money back but they would not change my plan to a four month plan. Ultimately, this app is 1000% NOT WORTH the money. You’re better off just going off the dozens of free workouts on YouTube. The results make it tempting but the exercises themselves are straight forward and do not justify the price either. Last, the layout of the app is DEMOTIVATING. I want to be able to seamlessly track my progress, see what’s on the schedule for the day, without having to see 3 million other things first and spend 10 minutes trying to get to the schedule and choose my workout!

The best fitness app!
I tried a lot of other apps but this one is by far the best. Building on progress from prior weeks, it really helps you gain strength and stamina over time. It’s not too long but just enough to break a sweat and fit into any busy schedule. A perfect way to get your daily exercise while staying at home under quarantine. Highly recommend!

Now that I’m home in quarantine for the foreseeable future, I’m loving having this variety of workouts to choose from each day.
