I cannot find tracking info on your site for a misplaced pkg. Tried to talk to virtual assistant several times and I’m not getting anywhere. I called a landline, on hold then got disconnected. I’m very frustrated. Mailed two pkgs to same address, one arrived, one didn’t.

If I have several packages being delivered the same day they bring them all at different times never together .. it would make it easier on the driver and customers if u have several packages being delivered that day to do it all at once instead of different trips the same day

Trying to set up an account on this app and it keeps telling me to buy in a valid phone number which I have done several times. Checked and rechecked and it will not go past that step. I total waste of my time.
